Well what a month May has been - with wedding season quickly approaching the doors of Blush have swinging back and forth with beautiful brides picking up their fabulous gowns and brides to be starting their wedding journey and ordering their dresses.
I love the fact that Blush is getting an amazing reputation for providing our free-spirited brides with gowns that are just a bit different from the normal, mundane, standard bridal gown. I just love it when a bride and her entourage walk through the doors of my little boutique and breathe a sigh of relief that they have finally found a shop that 'gets them' when they were at the point of actually feeling they were never going to find their dress!
Obviously we were glued to our screen to see the Royal Wedding to see what Meghan Markle's gown was going to look like. I do love an understated gown and have a couple very similar in the shop.
We attended the Open Day at The Boundary which is a new exciting venue in Southend and the day went well.
We will be expecting our new Watters, Wtoo and Willowby collections soon so will keep you posted on those.
We have some amazing Watters bridesmaid gowns coming in that are so unique including separates and a few sequins (tastefully done I might add). I can't wait to show you.
I am also excited about a new designer - Faith who handpaints leather jackets with the brides new name and wedding date etc with the design of your choice, they are uber cool and just for those brides who want something a little different on their big day
Anyway I am off now and will update you again in June! I am so pleased to have been invited to see one of my gorgeous brides, Natalie get married tomorrow - I am sure I will be blubbing!
I look forward to seeing you beautiful future brides very soon,
